To confirm a reservation a deposit equivalent to a third of the stay is required
To confirm a reservation for December/January school holidays a deposit of 35% of accommodation is required
If a reservation is cancelled your deposit will be refunded in full when the unit is re-let for the period of the proposed occupancy
Check in time is 2:00pm. Check out time is 10:00am. These times may be varied depending on availability
